The New England Mountains reserve is located in the northernmost part of the Appalachians, in the White Mountains. Amidst the ancient ridges, rugged wilderness areas and deep valleys, there's a great variety of options for hunters, regardless of their level of expertise: gamebirds of all kinds, small game like Fox or Bobcat, and big game, such as Whitetail, Black Bear or Moose. This time of year, you can also explore the wilderness areas in the north, discover New England's rich history or simply go leaf-peeping.
