Salzwiesen is the uncut gem of North Germany, and pound-for-pound possibly the best waterfowl hunting reserve in the entire world. You can expect to find the elusive Red Fox, the wily Ring-Necked Pheasant, and all manner of ducks and game fowl, here and ripe for the plucking. A highlight of this particular area is a clay pigeon shooting range which you can use to hone your skills.
